supports local evangelists and churches with 'tools for evangelism'. These are bibles, transportation, all sorts of equipment, materials for children etc. In this way local evangelists are equipped to reach their own people with the gospel.

We live in a world where 6 billion people speak 13.000 different languages. Since many years foreign missionaries have gone out to preach the gospel and they still do. But the only way to get everywhere, even to places that are very remote and hard to reach, is by local evangelists. Unlike foreign missionaries they don't have to travel far and don't have to learn a difficult language. Therefor they can do a lot more with relatively small money. The other side of this truth is, that they usually don't have grass roots support from their churches, like foreigners ususally do.

It's all about equipping the local churches, with all means possible. This includes a bible school training programme, as well as social projects which enable the churches to reach out to the community. Medical help, clean water supply projects, adoption programmes etc. Evangelism and practical help go together and are integrated. The local church offers the people in the community the help, that they need so much. This help is not coming from outside, but from their own local church. This is a very powerful witness to the community around.
